Trying to conceive for more than a few months is difficult for most women; doing it after a loss is even more challenging. This group is exclusively for women who are trying to conceive their first, second or more child. Women who have not experienced a loss are also welcome. This group offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can have a sense of not being alone in this and receive encouragement, have a chance to express what the experience is like, share what we have learned about fertility and ourselves, and receive positive support for the many aspects of self-care that are critical to our bodies when welcoming a new baby into our lives. Our only purpose is to provide a comforting network of support, friendship and understanding that only those who have been there can give.
